A Weekend of Magic
Or how we went to wander around Emilia-Romagna. :-)
Saying that Bologna is an enchanting place would be a major understatement, but I feel it needs to be done anyway – because no photo I could take would really do justice to the relaxed and positive armosphere of this southern academic city. And this is coming from someone who hates Italian seaside tourist settlements with passion. Many thanks belong to Natálka for letting us stay in her apartment, and thumbs up to Ryanair for affordable flights directly from Bratislava. This also allowed us to spend most of the budget on luxuries. :-)

We spent many nice moments just roaming around the city, discovering whatever there was to be found, laughing and cheerfully commenting on everything. After the trip to Stockholm last year I was thinking that quite probably, the best trips just happen when you give in to the wanderlust your own, but after Bologna I firmly believe that good company makes the experience just so very much better. :-)
All in all, it was a wonderful and refreshing experience, that left us with plenty of bright, gratifying memories. At least me, that is. :-) Nonetheless, stay tuned for photos from Florentia (a day and night of this very same trip), and rest assured that I’m already planning two or three new cool travels for the spring. ;-)
